Your First Visit
Here’s what to expect when you come in, from booking to treatment.
| 1. Book or Call Schedule online or call (540) 685-0028. Have your Medicaid ID ready if you’re using it. | 2. Exam & X-Rays We evaluate your teeth and gums and take x-rays to understand what care is needed. |
| 3. Treatment Plan We explain recommended treatment and costs before any work begins, no surprises. | 4. Care & Follow-Up Whether it’s a filling, extraction, or dentures, we schedule follow-up as needed. |

Appointment Policy
Please call at least 24 hours ahead if you need to cancel or reschedule. A missed appointment without notice counts as a Broken Appointment.
The first is a pass. The second gets a formal warning. A third Broken Appointment results in dismissal from the practice, we ask for your cooperation so we can serve every patient fairly.
